We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Executive Director, responsible for leading our Total Portfolio Management and Investment Analytics functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Total Portfolio Management: Design, implement, and manage the investment strategy and portfolio construction process for our CIBC Pension Plan.
- Investment Analytics: Provide leadership and technical support to operationalize analytical, modeling, and performance monitoring capabilities to support the TPM function, as well as front-office risk management capabilities.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a large pension plan, endowment, investment/actuarial consultancy, or asset manager.
- Undergraduate degree in business, actuarial science, finance, accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert knowledge of capital markets and public asset classes, including liquid alternatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of pension plan and/or institutional investing.
