Job Title: Administration Officer

At SMOKE AVENUE, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, financial records, and other administrative documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
