Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management: Welcome and assist clients, oversee client screening, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Client Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Client Transactions: Handle payment processing, ensuring accuracy and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with medical staff and technicians to ensure smooth client flow and address any issues that arise.
- Customer Service Focus: A passion for delivering outstanding service with strong interpersonal skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to multitask and manage front desk operations in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in handling payments and client records.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
- Experience: 2+ years of reception and/or customer service experience (preferably in a medical setting).
