Business Support Specialist

At SaskPower, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team. This is a temporary full-time position until December 2025.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$80,000 based on the location and experience.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This includes:
- Providing front-line support and information to customers via phone and in-person inquiries.
- Investigating and responding to customer complaints and outage notifications.
- Receiving payments, issuing refunds, and preparing invoices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining customer needs through precise questioning techniques and maintaining a working knowledge of departmental systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
This role also involves assisting with the development of training for the department and identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- TWO (2) years of administrative and/or customer service experience utilizing standard corporate software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to use standard corporate software applications (Microsoft, SAP, etc.).
