About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Systems Support Technician to join our team at Konica Minolta Canada. As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing Multi-Functional Products (MFPs) and resolving customer printing issues.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair MFPs to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Perform on-site service of MFPs to provide timely support to customers.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and sales teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to remain competitive in the market.
  • Lead referrals and product promotions to existing customers to increase revenue.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years' experience in technical/repair of electronics or software equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft Operating System (OS) printing and common network concepts.
  • Familiarity with low to mid-end office systems certifications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently and require occasional assistance.
  • Positive, outgoing, self-motivated, and committed to building strong customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license in good standing and own vehicle insurance.
  • Will be required to travel within Canada and the US, potentially requiring overnight stays and after-hours work.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on location and experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
