Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of clients and their properties.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure environment.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security guards, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in security or a related field.
- Proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
