Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, as well as coordinating and scheduling the activities of our security staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and Control Budgets: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our security operations are running smoothly and within budget.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct and motivate staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Project Management: Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Policies and Procedures: Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of our security establishments, ensuring that they are up-to-date and effective.
- Service Quality: Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies, ensuring that our security services meet the highest standards.
- Budget Administration: Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies, ensuring that our security operations are running smoothly and within budget.
- Representation: Represent the company within various economic and social organizations, promoting our security services and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
