Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, as well as coordinating and scheduling the activities of our security staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Plan and Control Budgets: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our security operations are running smoothly and within budget.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct and motivate staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Project Management: Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Policy Development: Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of our security operations, ensuring that they are up-to-date and effective.
- Client Representation: Represent the company within various economic and social organizations, ensuring that our security operations are represented in a professional and positive manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: Experience an asset.

Hours: 40 hours per week
