Job Summary


We are seeking an exceptional Operations Support Specialist to join our team at BMO Financial Group. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administration and exceptional client service to support the achievement of business objectives.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and organize client database and client files.
  • Develop rapport and instill confidence with clients to promote a positive client experience.
  • Follow risk and compliance processes and policies to safeguard customer assets and maintain confidentiality.
  • Protect Bank assets and clients' assets and comply with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
  • Complete standardized tasks under supervision and perform initial problem solving within given rules/limits.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications



  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge learned on the job.
  • Verbal and written communication skills - Basic (in business environment).
  • Organization skills - Basic (in business environment).
  • Collaboration and team skills - Basic (in business environment).
