Your ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, balancing multiple priorities and timelines, will be crucial in driving business growth and innovation.
About the Role:
- Project Leadership & Strategy (20%): Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Management (15%): Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth communication.
- Technology & Vendor Management (20%): Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors or software solutions for accounting and operations automation, financial reporting, and client communication tools.
- Process Re-engineering & Change Management (15%): Map and analyze current accounting and operations workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Training & Support (10%): Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure internal teams are equipped to use new digital systems effectively.
- Risk & Quality Management (10%): Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the project timeline, scope, or quality of deliverables.
- Strategy Implementation & Reporting (10%): Lead the creation of business cases, project approval requests, and presentations to leadership and the Steering Committee.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2-3 years focused on digitization or IT transformation projects.
- Experience in property management, real estate, and accounting systems is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and property management workflows.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception through completion.
Earn an Estimated Salary of $120,000 - $150,000 Per Year
