Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Future Offices Holding Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries to provide excellent customer service.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information to ensure a positive experience.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure effective teamwork and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 33 to 40 hours per week.
