As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Your key responsibilities will include delegating tasks to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. Additionally, you will assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
