Administrative Coordinator

At Ark Truck & Trailer Repair Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
* Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
