SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThe Restaurant Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate Daily Operations
Assess the performance of daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Monitor Staff PerformanceSupervise staff to ensure they meet expected standards of quality and service.
Plan and Organize Daily OperationsDevelop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives.
Set Staff Work SchedulesCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
Supervise StaffProvide guidance, coaching, and feedback to staff to enhance their performance and skills.
Conduct Performance ReviewsRegularly evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Organize and Maintain InventoryManage inventory levels, ordering supplies and materials as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are FollowedImplement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Leading/Instructing IndividualsDevelop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Address Customers' Complaints or ConcernsRespond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Provide Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
