We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Guelph. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
About the Job:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, as well as excellent communication and time-management abilities.
Responsibilities will include answering phone calls, managing emails, handling office correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office calendars, assisting with data entry, filing, and document management, and helping with ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
Requirements:- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
