We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ONTARIO INC.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations
- Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative tasks, including budget planning and control
- Supervise a team of 1-2 people, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure a fast-paced work environment, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our office is located in a convenient location, with public transportation available. We offer a 35-hour workweek and a permanent work term.
Language and HoursEnglish is the primary language spoken in the workplace, and the workweek is 35 hours.
