At TechioSoft, we are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Project Coordinator to lead our healthcare projects. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $120,000 per year.

About the Role

This role requires a strong project management background, preferably in large-scale information systems projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and be proficient in developing project documents, such as charters, PM plans, and risk registers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management
  • Develop and maintain core project documents to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Direct team collaboration and oversee vendor software configuration, integration, and testing.
  • Ensure alignment with PTQO processes and identify areas for improvement.
Vendor Management
  • Collaborate with vendors to deliver functional requirements on time.
  • Monitor timelines and adjust as needed to meet project objectives.
Scope, Time, and Cost Management
  • Define and control project scope to prevent scope creep.
  • Create a WBS, estimate durations, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and track a project budget to ensure financial sustainability.
Human Resources and Communications Management
  • Build and manage a high-performing project team.
  • Execute communication plans to stakeholders, partners, and sponsors.
  • Provide weekly status updates and performance reporting.
Risk Management
  • Conduct risk planning, analysis, and monitoring to mitigate potential risks.
  • Address knowledge gaps and resource constraints to ensure project success.
Deliverables
  • Manage scope, risks, and timelines while ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Collaborate with vendors, procurement teams, and other project teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare key documents, such as security assessments, status reports, and testing results.
  • Facilitate post-implementation review and final documentation.
Requirements
  1. Project Management Expertise
  • Proven experience managing large-scale information systems projects, including hardware and/or software implementations.
  • Demonstrated success in projects within healthcare environments, showcasing familiarity with challenges and operational nuances.
Healthcare Domain Knowledge
  • Preferred: Familiarity with community health and/or home support operations, particularly within the Health Authority context.
Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication abilities in English.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, ensuring effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Professional Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or comparable project management experience.
