Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at Little Caesars, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
