Key Responsibilities:
- Representing the company to drive sales and increase the profile of the firm.
- Establishing connections with professional networks, including accountants, mortgage professionals, and insurance brokers.
- Collaborating with various teams to achieve plans and objectives.
- Contributing ideas to support the development of our business plan.
- Coordinating promotional events, such as webinars and presentations.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities in the market.
- Producing management reports and key performance indicators.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a team of advisers in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate and reliable working practices.
