Key Responsibilities:

  1. Representing the company to drive sales and increase the profile of the firm.
  2. Establishing connections with professional networks, including accountants, mortgage professionals, and insurance brokers.
  3. Collaborating with various teams to achieve plans and objectives.
  4. Contributing ideas to support the development of our business plan.
  5. Coordinating promotional events, such as webinars and presentations.
  6. Identifying and developing new opportunities in the market.
  7. Producing management reports and key performance indicators.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a team of advisers in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate and reliable working practices.
