About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Brandt Group of Companies. As a key player in the growth and development of our product support program, you will participate and engage with sales, parts, service, and branch managers to execute and develop key objectives for the region.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Own strategy and annual business plans for the region with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Educate and direct customer support specialists to ensure all of Brandt's product support initiatives are promoted within the region.
  • Manage customer support processes such as call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  • Assist customer support specialists with customer calls and key accounts.
  • Establish key KPIs for customer support specialists and measure on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
  • Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
  • Trends and Insights:
  • Provide feedback on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities, new offerings, and existing products.
  • Market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
