About the Job

At Stripe, we're looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our Growth Data Engineering team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines that power business-critical applications across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify data needs for Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams, and build efficient and scalable data products & pipelines to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Design, develop, and own data pipelines, models, and products that power Stripe's Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to derive requirements and architect shared datasets.
  • Become an expert in using scientific computing languages (Scala or Python) and SQL to analyze and process large datasets.
  • Develop strong subject matter expertise and manage SLAs for data pipelines and full-stack web applications.

With all this data, the Growth Data Engineering team is looking for talented data-minded engineers to help us manage business-critical data leveraged across the entire organization.

What We Offer

Our stack spans tools in Spark, Scala, Python, SQL, Presto, Airflow, AWS, Java, Go, and React. We offer a competitive salary range of $134,400 - $201,600 per year, equity, company bonus, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
