Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics approaches and methodologies to drive informed business decisions.
  • Work on the latest applications of data science to solve business problems in the Healthcare and Life Science domain.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
  • Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to generate business value.
  • Communicate results to business teams and develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate strategy into action, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues simply.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of professional work experience, with at least 4 years in data analytics.
  • Domain experience in Healthcare is required.
  • Strong SQL, SAS, and MS Office skills, with good knowledge of data science concepts.
  • Ability to engage with Executive/VP-level stakeholders from client teams to effectively translate business problems into analytics solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work with Data Science teams to embed analytic outputs in business processes.
  • Graduate Degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.
