Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Global Architecture and Urbanism Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium and large-scale architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project design and technical teams to ensure safe and timely delivery of projects
  • Implement and manage effective financial and project controls to enable monitoring, management, and forecasting
  • Mentor project team members to increase commercial acumen
  • Drive project performance and commercial outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with technical and design leads to achieve project objectives

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to effectively organize, plan, and execute architecturally led projects
  • Sound project management experience within the Buildings and Placemaking practice group
  • PMP Certification required
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrable commercial capability, including contract administration, risk management, and change management
  • Proficient in program development and management
