We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at OKANAGAN ROYAL PARK INN LTD. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Hospitality industry
  • Tasks:
    • Supervise other workers
    • Train other workers
    • Schedule and confirm appointments
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
    • Answer electronic enquiries
    • Perform data entry
    • Provide customer service
    • Recruit and hire staff
    • Maintain and manage digital database
    • Supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
