Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at OKANAGAN ROYAL PARK INN LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes supervising other workers, training staff, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of 3-4 people
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Recruit and hire staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
