Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of workers on various terrazzo and marble setting projects.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit and hire skilled workers, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Maintenance and Safety: Ensure the health and safety regulations are followed on all job sites, maintaining equipment and machinery as required.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
- A minimum of 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment status.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week.
