About This Role

We are seeking an Executive Leader for Strategic Growth to join our team at PressReader. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth initiatives.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior business development, with expertise in establishing major departments and associated senior staff positions. You will be responsible for setting objectives for the organization, formulating or approving policies and programs, and representing the company in negotiations or other official functions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in senior business development, with a focus on strategy and growth
  • Proven track record of success in establishing major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
