Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Representative to support our commercial clients with outbound sales programs. In this role, you will make calls to current and potential customers, sell new products and services, and provide information on those products and services.

This position requires enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and the ability to listen, investigate, and educate customers about their needs. If you are a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues as applicable
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
