About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and independent individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers, providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living routines, including feeding, lifting, and transferring, dressing, and undressing, respite care, peri-care, bathing, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide household management, nutrition, and food preparation services.
  • Identify healthcare issues using basic assessment strategies and report findings.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary care team.

Requirements:

  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening check upon hire.
