About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Troy Fraser. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to essential items.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their overall well-being.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
