We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our Haemodialysis Unit in North West Toronto, where you will play a vital role in our chronic disease prevention and management approach.

As a valued team member, you will participate in empowering patients to take an active role in their care, improving patient access to kidney care, and providing comprehensive care to assigned patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provision of acute hemodialysis treatment
  • Patient education and support
  • Comprehensive care to assigned patients, including hemodialysis treatment, patient assessment, and individualized care plans
