We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the United States for a dialysis care position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patient condition, preparing them for dialysis procedures, and collaborating with doctors to ensure the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
- Prepare patients for dialysis procedures and monitor their response to treatment
- Collaborate with doctors to ensure effective treatment and make adjustments as needed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure
- NCLEX-RN certification
- Ability to obtain ACLS and BLS certifications within 6 months of hire
