Key Responsibilities- Spearhead Initiatives: Propel net-new revenue growth by strategically elevating spending levels on the Brex Card among our current client base.
- Identify and Cultivate Opportunities: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted and strategic outreach efforts.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Champion the cross-selling of our cutting-edge Spend Management software, encompassing Expense Management, Billpay, and Travel solutions, to diversify and enhance our clients' financial operations.
- Client Engagement: Engage with CFOs and finance leaders regularly, serving as a trusted advisor to provide expert consultation on optimizing financial operations through the seamless integration of our innovative solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans geared towards enhancing the overall client experience, encompassing improvements in product features and implementation processes.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in sales roles within B2B SaaS or Payments companies.
- Strategic Planning: Proficient in creating and executing strategic outreach plans, particularly in pipeline generation.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrates a proactive and results-driven mindset, with a dedicated focus on achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of consistently surpassing revenue targets and quotas.
- High Performance: Recognized for sustained high performance, consistently ranking in the top 10% of stack rankings.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, demonstrated in both written and verbal forms.
- Credit Card Management: Expertise in credit card management, encompassing a deep understanding of limits, rewards, and underwriting.
- Software Solutions: Familiarity with software solutions, especially in areas such as Expense Management, Travel, and Billpay.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Previous experience in implementing successful upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Competitive Landscape: Keen awareness of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Customer Retention: A background in handling renewals, ensuring customer retention, and minimizing churn.
The expected OTE range for this role is $146,400 CAD - $183,000 CAD. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
