At Vision Coatings Limited, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, materials, and supplies within our manufacturing facility. Key responsibilities will include coordinating the movement of supplies, tracking work orders, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a related field and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They will also have proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials within the facility
  • Track and complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and supplies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management as required
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems and processes

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
