Job Title: Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement and Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Vision Coatings Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement and inventory management processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze purchase orders and instructions from customers
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve work objectives
  • Track and complete work orders, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supply chain performance
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth operations
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports and other documentation

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in procurement and inventory management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP software
