Job Title: Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Vision Coatings Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for coordinating the purchase of materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Track and complete work orders
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units
  • Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Prepare purchase orders
