About the Role

As a key member of our Toronto ESG research team, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our team and contributing to the overall growth of RepRisk AG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of ESG research analysts in delivering high-quality projects and collaborating with internal functions to drive business growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive research using RepRisk data to uncover trends, generate insights, and establish thought leadership in the ESG space.
  • Develop and implement strategies to upskill team members, ensuring continuous professional development and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Drive the integration of ESG research and insights into broader business strategies, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of professional experience with leadership roles in data or sustainable investing.
  • Proven track record of leading major, complex projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skilled at data-driven decision-making, adept at leveraging data and insights to inform strategy.
  • Direct client-facing experience, particularly within the financial industry, or strong product management or technical skills including SQL, Python, and Power BI, is highly desirable.
