About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled ESG Principal Consultant to join our team at ESG Global Advisors Inc. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement effective ESG strategies that drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Design and lead complex projects, including research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement, to deliver high-quality results to our clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including blog posts, articles, and speaking engagements, to establish our firm as a leading authority in ESG.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or environmental studies.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ESG, with a strong background in project management, client relationship management, and thought leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into easy-to-understand language. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: CFA, CPA, or FSA designation, or equivalent experience.
