About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ESG Research Lead to join our team at RepRisk AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our ESG research analysts and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ESG Research Team: Guide and motivate a team of ESG research analysts to deliver high-quality research and insights.
  • Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with internal functions to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Research: Utilize RepRisk data to uncover trends, generate insights, and establish thought leadership in the ESG space.
  • Facilitate Client Engagement: Provide ESG advisory services, thought leadership, and data-driven insights to enhance client relationships and support upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
  • Develop Team Members: Develop and implement strategies to upskill team members, ensuring continuous professional development and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Integrate ESG Research: Drive the integration of ESG research and insights into broader business strategies, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in data or sustainable investing, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of leading major, complex projects involving multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability in team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled at data-driven decision-making, adept at leveraging data and insights to inform strategy.
  • Change Management: Comfort with uncharted territories and the ability to navigate and lead change effectively.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Direct client-facing experience, particularly within the financial industry, or strong product management or technical skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a result-oriented approach to driving business growth and success.
