About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Hadson Immigration. As an Immigrant Investors Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of our immigration programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Publisher, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. Familiarity with project management software is an asset.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, and reliability
