As a Strategic Development Program Trainee at EMCO Corporation, you will embark on a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our business operations, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics: Gain a thorough understanding of our products, their supply chain, and sales support.
- Phase 2 - Operations: Engage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, pricing, credit management, financial statements, and more.
- Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management: Progress from assisting customers to managing large-scale projects.
- Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management: Learn to identify new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships.
- Phase 5: In this final phase, you will apply your training to determine your ideal career path within EMCO Corporation.
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
