  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and that our financial resources are being used effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform our business strategy and improve our operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Restaurant
