Experienced Employment Lawyer for Partnership Advancement

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our team at Labour Rights Law, a renowned virtual law firm specializing in labour, employment, administrative, and human rights law. With a strong focus on innovation and flexibility, we offer an exceptional opportunity for experienced lawyers to take their careers to the next level.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of labour relations matters, including grievance arbitrations, Labour Relations Board proceedings, collective bargaining, wrongful dismissals, and other employment-related cases. You will lead the development of legal strategy and advocacy, mentor junior lawyers, and manage client relationships with expertise and poise.
The ideal candidate will have been called to the Bar in British Columbia and possess a minimum of five years' experience in employment law. They will be familiar with the Labour Relations Board process and arbitrations, capable of independently conducting hearings or trials, and have a strong track record of handling complex cases strategically. Additionally, they will be self-motivated, able to work independently from home while thriving in a collaborative team environment, and motivated by the opportunity to fast-track to partnership.
