Job Title: Social Services Coordinator

Bridges Family Programs Association of Southeastern Alberta is seeking a highly skilled Social Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing programs that support the well-being of individuals and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social programs and services
  • Develop and implement prevention and intervention programs to meet community needs
  • Conduct social research and analysis to inform program development
  • Provide public education and consultation regarding counseling services, issues, and methods
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
  • Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement programs
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in social services or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
