About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at Best Office Inc. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to clients after sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients by building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients through research and outreach efforts.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure that goods or services meet client needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Resolve product and service related problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide solutions.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service to provide accurate quotes to clients.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales or technical role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Hand-eye coordination to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

As a Technical Sales Supervisor at Best Office Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work under pressure and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
