Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team at A Class Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and prepare sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software and conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce
  • Provide input into product design and tailor goods or services to suit client needs
  • Offer ongoing support to clients after sale or signed contracts
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales and technical sales
  • Strong knowledge of presentation software, database management, and MS Office
  • Experience in industrial machinery and equipment sales, transportation equipment sales, and marketing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
