Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at American Iron & Metal Co. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple locations within the district, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Branch Managers to ensure effective management and development of their teams.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and manage budgets for each location within the district.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar senior management role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the district as required (70% of time on the road).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
