Senior Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Water Wastewater Engineer to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our water and wastewater group, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the assessment, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment systems.
Responsibilities- Provide technical advice and oversight to water and wastewater design teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead project management activities, including coordination of design team activities, direction to project team members, and client relationship management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with public and private sector clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovations in water and wastewater treatment, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation and client relationship management.
- Master's degree in environmental, civil, mechanical, or chemical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in Nova Scotia, or eligibility to obtain within six months.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a strong track record of technical leadership and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
