Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at MASRAWY FINE EGYPTIAN CATERING. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our pastry team and creating exquisite desserts for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize pastry production
  • Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
  • Create new recipes and menus to meet client demands
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods.
