Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team at East Tea Can. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet customer demands.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service and presentation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas to adhere to health and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar role.
  • Excellent cooking skills, with the ability to create complex dishes and pastries.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to train and supervise staff.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
